Meet Our Project Manager – Patricia Smith

The Smith familyPatricia Smith is a wife, mother, singer, and Graphic Designer. She is excited to have recently joined the Loebig Ink family!

Patricia fell in love with graphic design at the age of 18. Being fresh out of high school and when her church needed someone to do their newsletter, she offered her time and found joy in creating something from scratch that everyone could enjoy. She remembers using Microsoft Publisher templates and learning about the color palettes. A new world opened up to her and she set out to explore all she could do. When her pastor met Brian Loebig at a conference and mentioned Patricia, the wheels were set in motion for her Loebig Ink connection.

Patricia was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Prince George’s, Maryland. She has six siblings (two brothers and four sisters). After graduating from Crossland High School in Clinton, MD and the birth of her children, she attended Southern New Hampshire University to earn a BA in Graphic Design and Web Development – still an ongoing pursuit.

Since that first stint as church newsletter designer, Patricia has had many ups and downs trying to break into a field that she holds dear. She has put creative twists to presentations she created at corporate jobs and started her own freelance graphic design business, Patricia Marie Designs. She believes it is necessary to be a continual learner of her craft and rather than to be ashamed of mistakes, to embrace them as the challenges one needs to grow.

Family is a huge part of Patricia’s world. She is married to Karl Smith and they have three beautiful boys together: Jeremy (15), Justin (11), and Jaden (9). She and Karl have been together for 16 years and he is also passionate about graphic design. She counts each member of her family as a blessing and thanks God they are in her life.

Patricia’s other passion is singing gospel music. She fell in love with it as a seven-year-old through singing in the choir and listening to famous gospel singers. She has been singing ever since and would love to one day create an album of her original songs.

Patricia Smith says she is proud of joining the Loebig Ink team and of the exceptional work we do for customers seeking SEO and web design. We are equally proud to have her on board!

Meet Our Project Manager — Ramona Singh

Loebig Ink Team Member: Ramona Singh

Ramona Singh - ANP Photography | www.anpphoto.comFour years ago, Ramona Singh was spending her working hours overseeing sales and transactions as the Box Office Manager at the Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club, a historic 500-seat concert hall. As she sometimes filled in as a Marketing Assistant for the venue, she had the occasion to cross paths with Brian Loebig. Fast forward to 2021 and the sage advice about keeping up with business contacts has paid off. Brian had an opportunity available for another Project Manager. Ramona was happy to join the team.

Taking on the role of Project Management with Loebig Ink leads to in-depth understanding of services in which the company specializes, including Social Media Management, Web Design, and SEO. Along the way, Project Managers get to work on an array of assignments. Ramona is adapting her skills in her new professional role with Loebig Ink and is still learning a great deal about management “… even though I have been managing my children’s activities for about four years now,” she jokes. Her favorite projects thus far have been learning livestream broadcasting and delving into Backlink Development, an advanced SEO technique to build the authority of a website. Aside from the tasks themselves, Ramona says she finds Brian to be “gracious and generous” and she enjoys the aspect of getting to learn a great deal every day.

Ramona Singh was born and raised in India by her father, a pastor, and her mother, a nurse. She and her father moved when she was 15 years old to the United States, where she finished high school. In 2006, they were finally joined by the rest of the family, Ramona’s mother, sister, and brother. She has since met Jonathan, the love of her life, and they have two beautiful children.

Ramona’s love for her family is clear. When she is not working on a project for Loebig Ink, she is enjoys spending time with her two toddlers while playing and doing arts and crafts. She also likes to cook, go on walks, and when she dreams of the future, traveling the world is high on the to-do list!

Learn more about our services and when you trust Loebig Ink with your next project, Ramona Singh may be the Project Manager in your corner.

Additionally, he has created public relations inserts and pieces, written website copy, blogs and media releases, and he has managed social media accounts and web content. Brian has been a fantastic mentor along the way. Philip is very appreciative that Brian has always guided him in growing his own business as well as in working for Loebig Ink. Philips admires Brians’s ethical approach, honest demeanor, and how he treats each client equally.

Today Philip lives with his wife, Melody, and their dog in Charlottesville, Virginia. In his time away from work, he enjoys reading, bicycle riding in the Central Virginia mountains, and writing his novels. Philip likes to travel with his wife out West and to New England. Meet Our Project Manager – Jillian Alexander

Loebig Ink Team Member: Jillian Alexander

Jillian Alexander selfieJillian Alexander met Loebig Ink founder Brian Loebig through a previous job in 2005 when Brian helped to create that company’s website. Jillian stayed in touch with Brian throughout the years. When she found herself searching for a career change in 2016, Brian brought her on board with Loebig Ink by offering to train her in Search Engine Optimization. Using what she learned over many SEO trainings in the last three years, Jillian became a manager on numerous SEO projects. Because of her natural ambition and motivation to continue to learn and grow, Jillian has become a successful and valuable member of the team.

Jillian now defines her role as an experienced Project Manager in Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization. She manages SEO projects from keyword research through metatags to reporting monthly on ongoing projects. She also enjoys creating content for social media clients while helping them to promote their businesses in their local communities. Jillian is currently learning how to create Wix websites as well as link building, copywriting, and blog writing. She enjoys working on projects together with the Loebig Ink team and recognizes that especially when learning something new, teamwork really matters.

Jillian grew up in the suburbs just outside Philadelphia. She graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003 and likes the continued learning that working for Brian allows. As a military spouse, Jillian needs to be able to maintain her career while moving every few years. That’s why she appreciates working remotely. The arrangement is ideal for this very self-motivated, flexible, goal-getter. Most importantly, it allows her to follow her husband, who is in the Navy, wherever he is stationed.

Currently, she is living with her husband and their three cats in California between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. In her time away from work, Jillian tries to read as many books as possible. In fact, whenever she is moving to a new duty station, she gets a new library card almost immediately. She enjoys listening to podcasts on subjects including business, time management, and working remotely. This year Jillian has experienced hang gliding, which was the top item on her bucket list! Jillian and her husband were released from an airplane over 2,000 feet off the ground.

Contact Loebig Ink about your project and you may have the good fortune of working with the dedicated and adventurous Jillian Alexander!
